Carbe has established a recycling system for waste polyester fiber products. It removes impurities through classification and screening, crushes them into micron-level fibers after high-temperature steam cleaning and disinfection, and then reshapes them into uniform particles through melt extrusion. This process realizes a closed loop of raw materials, reduces dependence on petroleum-based materials, and the performance of recycled particles is comparable to that of virgin materials. It is widely used in the production of acoustic products such as sound-absorbing panels and acrylic finishes, reducing carbon emissions by 30%.
Low-Carbon Panel Forming Process​​​​​​​
Modular calendering technology is used to mix environmentally friendly particles with natural mineral fillers and then form them into porous sound-absorbing panel substrates through low-temperature hot pressing. Water-based environmentally friendly adhesives are used throughout the production process, and the VOC purification system is used to ensure that exhaust emissions are better than national standards. The polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels produced by this process have both B1-level fire protection and zero formaldehyde characteristics, which can replace traditional high-density panels and are used in wall and partition systems in scenes such as libraries and offices.

A detachable structure is implanted from the design end to enable products such as sound-absorbing panels and screens to support rapid disassembly and reorganization. The supporting digital platform tracks the flow of products and regenerates waste parts into granules, with a utilization rate of 85% for recycled materials.
